Runners will score their best 8 races. USATF Grand Prix races included
in the contest will be scored as double races. However, club members
must compete in at least 7 separate races in order to receive an award.
As an example, a runner may score 8 races because he/she ran in 4 Grand
Prix races. However, if these were the only races that he/she competed
in, then they would not receive an award because they did not compete
in 7 different contest races.
